Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth across retail stores and digital channels.Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, influencer marketing, and other digital platforms.Lead the execution of promotional campaigns, store openings, seasonal events, and product launches.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve marketing performance.Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support commercial objectives.Manage CRM and customer loyalty programs to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.Oversee content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, marketing KPIs, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, influencers, and external vendors.Prepare and control marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 5?8 years of marketing experience within Fashion Retail, Apparel, Lifestyle, Beauty, or Consumer Retail sectors.Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media advertising, CRM, customer loyalty programs, and marketing analytics.Experience working within the Saudi Arabian or GCC retail market is highly preferred.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills.Experience managing marketing agencies, external vendors, and marketing budgets.Experience supporting multi-store retail operations (20+ stores preferred).Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
