Manager, Business Control - IFC # 5007036* Build active communication and strong relationship with the segment and other related stakeholders.* Excellent understanding of the business historical performance, present results, contractual benefits and obligations, future needs, plans, and strategy.* Work closely with the related finance teams to ensure that all business-impacting events are strategically captured, carefully estimated, and skillfully communicated.* Reviewing the monthly results with the segment to highlight the essential variations and trends and create an executive summary with the findings, justifications, and action plans.* Producing periodic tracking and analytical reports of the key business drivers.* Maintain historical and present database (revenue and costs).* Support the segments in the budget, forecast, and financial studies preparation, validation & review.* Manage ad hoc requests and tasks as they arise from stakeholders.* Keeping close eyes on accounts receivables and collection activities and reporting all major cases.* Review policies and procedures to streamline processes, apply controls and focus on automations.* Increase financial awareness within the segment.Skills* Analytical Thinking* Quality Awareness* Advanced experience in Microsoft Office application specially Excel and PPT* flexible and able to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time, strong customer focus* act pro-actively to identifying opportunities and anticipate changes* Strong experience and knowledge in ERP systems.
