A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environmentAbout the roleThe role of a Maintenance Warehouse Supervisor is to organize and maintain the Computerized Management System (CMMS) at accurate inventory level, ensure system and physical inventory are tally at all time. You are required to perform stock take on a weekly basis and produce monthly stock level and value report via CMMS.Key responsibilities

  • Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) ? organize and maintain accurate inventory level, correspondences and other records. Ensure system and physical inventory are tally all time
  • Perform stock take on weekly basis and produce monthly stock level and value report via CMMS
  • Organize and re-arrange the spare parts in the store on daily basis to ensure the tidiness and neatness for easy retrievals of spare parts
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the store, spare parts warehouse and workshop at all time
  • Fill up Form PC1: Requisition of Tax and Duty Exemption from MIDA for imported spare parts purchased for all overseas purchases
  • Produce an updated spare parts ?minimum order quantity? report and circulate to relevant personnel on weekly basis
  • Implementation of new system, producer and improvement of existing system in place for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with Suppliers, Purchasing and End Users for spare parts ordering and deliveries. Also need to provide or advise delivery date for all overseas purchase of spare parts
  • Overall management of external store on inventory and cleanness. Publish monthly inventory report on the inventory level and detail
  • Participate in plant safety and food safety activity
  • Follow and promote continuous improvement of divisional performance, and of Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
  • Sending and receiving of parts out for repair to supplier. Disposal of unused parts via proper procedure/approval.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by superiors. Works extended hours on an on-call and/or overtime basis as required
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
Qualifications and skills
  • Diploma / Certificate in Engineering or equivalent
  • Skill in computer software applications
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance and work order scheduling techniques
  • Previous experience working in the Food industry is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Independent, resourceful and able to take pressure under fast pace work environment
