Medina County HomeLPN ? 1st Shift (Part-Time)The Medina County Board of Commissioners is seeking a part-time 1st Shift (6 am-2 pm) LPN for the County Home.Responsibilities:Reports directly to the charge nurse. Direct charge of 1?3 resident care aides during shift. Responsible for following orders regarding medication, recordkeeping, and on-going assessments of the patients. Maintains good communication with all patients and family members.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing holding a valid registration as an LPN in the State of Ohio. Tolerate intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, lifting, and supporting patients. QuikMAR used at the facility.Benefits include:Employee contributions to the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System. Earning of paid sick time.Starting Rate:$20.00/hour Hours: 6 am ? 2 pm, minimum of 16 hours per week to include rotating weekends.
