Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Legal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the company.Responsibilities

Provide legal support and advice to the company.
Review company contracts, agreements, and internal policies and procedures from a legal point of view.
Handle communication with company legal advisor
Prepare / participate in preparation of correspondence to external parties.
Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
Keep management updated with the relevant legal changes and developments
