Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Master planning team leader, able to lead technical team, Working closely with project Managers and Master planning team.
  • Highly qualified and expertise in master planning and urban planning drawings, different scales, sections, plans. Able to create concept Master plans with good quality adhearing to the local Saudi standards/ regulations as well as the common best practice international standards.
  • Able illustrating and visualizing the design during design process in illustrations and diagrams for urban and planning projects.
  • Develop and modify graphics materials, including print media, proposals, reports packages, qualification, submittals and presentations packages.
  • Provide professional planning feedback and comments, attend all related meetings/ conferences, interact in meetings and workshops, prepare /review MOM & design feedback reorts.
  • Able to prepare and review projectss time schedules, Teachnical and Financlial proposals, RFPs for the Master planning projects.
  • Interface with Cleint team, and project consortium team.
  • high qualification in using the mentioned software.
