Carry out as-built drawings and site surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Perform assigned checklists, inspection, testing, and log readings.
To carry out new installation to all kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical system and ancillary equipment when necessary.
Carry out hands-on electro-mechanical and electronic/function works within the confines or any other item as directed.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on all kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical equipment.
Coordinate with Lead Engineer in all Electro-mechanical related works, ensuring that all deficiencies in equipment operation and defects are attended and completed in a timely manner.
To prepare requisitions for material necessary for the job performance of his subordinates and control the issue and consumption of such material.
Provide assistance / technical know-how in the installation of new or additional kitchen equipment
Liaise, supervise Kitchen Equipment Contractors, and ensure that appropriate standards are met.
Carryout minor repairs to all furniture and fixtures.
Install, maintain, and repair laundry equipment.
Strong technical background and troubleshooting skills.
Ensure efficient operation of laundry facilities.
Resolves any technical issues that arise on the site including during the testing and commissioning phase.
Perform other departmental tasks as assigned by management.
