Install and configure new Hardware and computer?s software.Maintain all systems updates (i.e. Windows, servers firmware, Antiviruses, firewall, office, Printers , attendance, CCTV cameras, video conference ?..etc.)Maintain, Monitor and control Networks and computer systems to insure the smooth running of business operations.Response in timely manner to IT support requests from all users and technical issues and assure to fix it in professional way.Manage Hardware purchase, replacement, maintenance and testing to cover the business needs from IT facilitiesMaintain networks, internet, intranet and email Security to keep our environment safe from viruses and various cyber-attacks.Maintain and monitor data backups to insure its availability in case or any data lossKeep updated information for users, systems and hardware used in the company to be provided to IT Manager when needed.Coordination with third parties and service providers.Provide the needed information to support in preparing department budgetflexibility to manage the new technologies or challenges the company may hireUse help desk system to maintain and monitor service tickets to insure providing high services level for our clients.Adhere to all BCR policies and procedures?
