This position commands a wide range of knowledge and experience to manage & maintain the Operational IT infrastructure and ERP Platforms (Odoo & MS Dynamics 2012).In this role, you ensure production support activities for all major IT systems and related subsystems are carried out. As an essential member of the team, your responsibilities involve a deep technical understanding of architecture and a passion for customer support. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail sector mandates, security, standards, and compliance for supporting and developing on premises and cloud based solutions.ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Team Lead Experience ? To create and manage IT project plans and keep track of schedules for on time delivery as per defined quality and cybersecurity standards. ? Server support, including: daily maintenance & monitoring of servers, NAS, virtual infrastructure, AWS Cloud environment, backups; application of security and functional patches & virus updates on all servers and workstations; manage the administration of Servers, Active Directory and various third-party applications. ? Network support, including identification, diagnosis, and resolution of network problems; configuration, maintenance, and backups of network component software; ? Cybersecurity support, including: daily health-check & security monitoring of firewalls, routers, switches, third-party network circuits, ensuring cybersecurity policies and procedures are implemented & followed on servers, workstations, printers, etc.. ? Hands on troubleshooting of problems, including engaging the appropriate resources to implement fixes as quickly as possible. ? Raising risks, critical issues and escalations to senior management ? Own all aspects of service delivery, including on call and technical recovery ? Readily accepts responsibility and demonstrates ability to work independently and in a team environment as judged by peers and management. ? Leads and mentors other IT team members ? Strong experience in maintaining MS Dynamics AX 2012 infrastructure including servers and POS systems.Python Development Experience? Must have experience in Python programming and PostgreSQL databases ? Design, adapt, test, and implement new features and reports in the ERP software (Odoo)? Determine the software requirements through discussion with users and management ? Evaluate the time required to complete bug and feature requests to help prioritize them
