IT System ManagerJob Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia•Minimum 7 years of experience is required.•Prior experience in Passenger transportation sector is required.•Ticketing systems and fare/quota management experience required.•Expert in Excel, Power BI & SQL and databases.Responsibilities:•Develop and document system procedures, communication methods, and review/approval processes to ensure effective project control.•Oversee the testing, implementation, and delivery of new systems, ensuring functionality and robustness.•Maintain systems through updates based on procedural, policy, or legal changes to provide optimal technical support.•Manage department operations, agency requests, and train ordering to meet demand.•Handle passenger claims for financial compensation related to delays, cancellations, or system failures.•Prepare operational and compliance reports for the Transport General Authority (TGA) and SAR.•Oversee train operations, including schedule adjustments, seat quotas, and commercial offer management.•Maintain and update a PostgreSQL database for operational reporting.•Develop Excel VBA tools for data import and create reports using Excel and Power BI.•Review and ensure accuracy of operational statistics and sales system performance.•Address sales system errors, ensure timely corrections, and implement interim solutions.Required:•Advanced knowledge of SQL and databases.•Proficiency in Excel VBA for report automation.•Experience with ticketing systems and fare/quota management.
