Job Description

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Odoo system.
u Create user manuals, document ERP processes, and prepare deployment progress updates
  • Work closely with the team to understand Odoo functionality and identify issues.
  • Analyze and resolve reported issues.
  • Deal with a lot of daily tasks, tickets and emails.
