? Bachelor degree,? 5+ years of profile experience,? Knowledge of the local market with regards to contracts, hardware and licenses (such experience is a must),? Desktop support experience in a multinational Windows 10 environment,? Good understanding of IT,? Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM build technologies,? Solid understanding of MS Active Directory and Windows Server 2016/2019, as are TCP/IP skills, and a reasonable understanding of basic networking topologies (patching etc.),?
