Key Accountabilities1- Implement the objectives and strategies of the department within the context of the short-term strategy of the department and guide the direct reports towards the achievement of the goals through accomplishing their responsibilities.2- Support the development of department?s goals and objectives and ensure the cascaded goals to the unit and ensure the achievement of the unit?s goals.3- Effectively identify, allocate and utilize of the unit?s human, financial, logistical and technological resources.4- Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities5- Ensure the ongoing development of employees with guiding the development activities of direct and indirect reports.6- Manage the overall performance of direct reports and manage the development of KPI?s7- Manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective procurement of technology resources.8- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs, develop solutions that drive efficiency & productivityKey Activities:9- Develop & implement IT policies & procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & standards10- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for technology investments and improvements11- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, implementing best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.12- Lead the development, customization, and integration of the company?s ERP systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business13- Oversee the deployment, management, and support of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and applications14- Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement15- To perform any task directed by the direct manager.
