Provide over all management of IT departmental activities and resources.
Define short and long term Company Information Technology strategies.
Develop and implement the Annual Information Technology and Capital Budget plans.
Explore and provide the Company with Information Systems to meet business requirements.
Ensure that IT strategies are aligned with Company business direction by maintaining close relationship with Company Senior Management.
Ensure highest level of support services to all users.
Facilitate Information Technology transfer within the Company.
Provide Network of communication, interaction of Information Technology and organizational structure.
Ensure and achieve the cost effective use of information technology services (PC?s, Servers, Printers, Notebooks, and Peripherals etc.) by controlling and coordinating their purchase, across the Group.
Provide Information Technology training services within the Company to facilitate the effective use of IT.
Research and assimilate the latest emerging Information Technology to meet the organizational goals, create business opportunities, and improve productivity and effectiveness.
Provide various sets of means to enable the Company to exploit emerging Information Technologies, identify short and long term information system requirements of the Company.
