Private Equity Real EstateLocation: JeddahRole Summary:The Investment Manager will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing private equity and real estate investments within a multi-asset fund strategy. The role includes due diligence, portfolio construction, and ongoing performance monitoring, with a strong emphasis on private markets and alternative assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in private equity, real estate investments, and fund selection, with a strategic mindset and deep industry knowledge.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investment Sourcing:
  • Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in private equity, real estate, and alternative assets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong deal pipeline through networking, industry research, and relationships with fund managers and advisors.
  1. Due Diligence and Evaluation:
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, market research, and risk assessments for potential investments.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including review of legal, financial, and operational aspects of investment opportunities.
  1. Portfolio Construction:
  • Develop diversified investment portfolios aligned with the organizations strategic goals and risk tolerance.
  • Recommend asset allocations and strategies to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
  1. Fund Selection:
  • Identify and assess external fund managers and investment funds, ensuring alignment with investment criteria and goals.
  • Negotiate terms and establish relationships with selected fund managers.
  1. Transaction Execution:
  • Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of investment deals, including drafting term sheets and closing agreements.
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
  1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of investments, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, risks, and market insights.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on global market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and sector-specific developments.
  • Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all investments comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investments.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with fund managers, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
  1. Strategic Contributions:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define investment strategies and objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for refining investment policies and processes.
