Job Description

As an Investigation Officer in the GRC department of an FMCG company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into various incidents related to compliance and risk management. Your role will involve gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing data to ensure that the company operates in accordance with legal and ethical standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and legal professionals to mitigate risks and maintain a culture of compliance.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct investigations into incidents related to compliance and risk management.
  2. Gather evidence through interviews, surveillance, and research.
  3. Analyze data and information to determine the facts of the case.
  4. Prepare detailed reports documenting the findings of the investigation.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and legal professionals to implement corrective actions.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  5. Prior experience in conducting investigations or working in GRC is preferred.
