Role Purpose:To maintain, develop and enhance the Human Resources technical projects and applications by providing advices to system users to support the Human Resources team in order to to perform effectively and efficiently, the execution of all procedures within the set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIESInformation Systems Support:?Understand the Human Resources, Payroll systems and any Human Resources modules to support and enhance such systems?Contribute in the implementation of new system?s functionality and monitor data integrity in collaboration with the Information Systems Department?Provide system administration support to ensure that the system is running at optimum capacity?Participate in applications updating and upgrading to ensure that changes required are in placeHR Operations Support?Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of the Human Resources systems?Participate in reviewing feasibility studies with the Information Systems Department for various Human Resources upgrade projects and improvements?Support users with technical queries, provide answers, obtain solutions and troubleshoot any reported problems from Human Resources teamPolicies, Processes and Procedures:?Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures?Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement?
