Job Description

A HVAC Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a variety of settings. The main goal of this role is to ensure that the HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and providing a comfortable environment for occupants.Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and inspect HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and performance.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters and lubricating parts.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
  4. Calibrate and adjust HVAC controls to maintain optimal performance.
  5. Respond to service calls and address any HVAC-related problems.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as an HVAC Operator or in a similar role.
  2. Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
  3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
