The company is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client facilities across healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors.Key Responsibilities:Design HVAC systems and perform heating and cooling load calculations.Prepare shop drawings and select appropriate equipment according to project specifications.Review and approve materials and equipment while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.Supervise on-site installation and monitor quality of work.Conduct testing and commissioning and troubleshoot system issues.Coordinate with other disciplines and prepare technical reports while optimizing energy efficiency.Education & Experience:Bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems for buildings and equipment.Ability to effectively manage and supervise technicians and external contractors.Good understanding of occupational health, safety standards, and environmental regulations.Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare maintenance reports.SkillsHVAC system design and troubleshootingPreventive and corrective maintenanceProject and team managementEnergy efficiency and sustainabilityTechnical communication and reporting.
