HSE management system, including: + Establish HSE requirements for all project delivery organizations and align the system to contractual obligations, international management standards, legal framework, and construction industry best practice.* Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the construction industry * Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar projects * Minimum 5 years GCC experience * Bachelor?s Degree / Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification in HSE Management * Professional membership of a recognised body * Establish and maintain effective working relationships within complex construction project delivery structures that include internal and external interested parties * In-depth knowledge of major project control processes and a high level of computer literacy * In-depth knowledge of international standards for Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management within the construction industry
