Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are followed in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry. Saudi nationality and fluency in English are also preferred. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
  2. Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  3. Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  4. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and employee benefits enrollment.
  5. Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations.
  3. Fluency in English and Saudi nationality.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
