Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and new hire onboarding. Ensure a seamless process for all new employees, from orientation to integration into the company culture. Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing HR guidance. Foster a positive workplace environment and maintain employee satisfaction. HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi labour laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle all documentation related to employment contracts, leaves, and benefits. Payroll & Benefits Management: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, allowances, and other welfare programs. HR Systems Management: Proficiently manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR tools to track employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR operations. Experience with systems like SAP, QIWA, GOSI, MUQEEM. Temporary administrative work assigned by management.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master?s degree preferred for advanced positions. A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a dynamic work environment, showcasing a strong understanding of HR best practices. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable, reflecting commitment to the field and ongoing professional development. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare) is advantageous, providing contextual understanding of sector-specific HR challenges.
