Job Description

Governing and managing the workplace, communication and executing recruitment plans with the highest possible efficiency and effectiveness to facilitate BCR in acquiring and retaining the best possible talents and providing the best workplace environment to the BCR employees.Recruitment:

  • Carryout the manpower analysis for proper budgeting and manpower planning following P&O Strategy.
  • Direct the recruitment agencies in identifying quality applicants for positions in BCR, develop advertisements, take part in first interviews, test candidates & ensure smooth administration of recruitment to ensure BCR recruits high quality employees
  • Follow the recruitment policies and process in terms of test, application and system required to help identify and select right talent.
  • Conduct the needed career fares in local universities and international ones to source the best Saudi fresh graduate to help grow the organization thru the future leader program
  • Manage recruitment & visa endorsement procedures?processing in close collaboration with GR team.
Communication:
  • Prepare, implement and continuously improve the communication protocols and programs.
  • Correspond with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of the company developments by preparing and releasing all the content promptly.
  • Create and manage release dates for recurring publications for optimum communication.
Workplace:
  • Draft, improve and implement workplace protocols as per the best practices
  • Oversee and manage workplace administration function by continuous support and guidance to the team.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Managing and continuously improving all related P&O services
