DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESManage the daily activities of villa to include appropriate cleaning of all rooms, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, dining area and all spaces, etc.Planning, organizing and directing team members to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conductDaily supervision of the housekeeping and grounds keeping staffsPurchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventoryAdvanced knowledge of Housekeeping process and proceduresProven experience supervising housekeepingEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS5-10 years of experience in Hotels, Palace, Luxury Villa, etc.Diploma or relevant degreePreferably previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East in a similar positionFluent spoken and written English a mustSalary/BenefitsMonthly salary in USDAccommodation : ProvidedSingle or married status: SingleLength of contract offered: Two years renewable.Number of days annual leave: 30 days.Benefits package, i.e. insurance etc: Insurance + annual tickets to home country.
