Job Description

As a Health Club Supervisor at our facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health club and providing exceptional service to our members. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the health club, managing a team of fitness instructors and trainers, and ensuring that all members have a positive experience.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the health club.
  2. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  3. Develop and implement fitness programs and classes for members.
  4. Provide guidance and support to fitness instructors and trainers.
  5. Monitor member satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Passion for health and fitness.
  5. Ability to motivate and inspire others.
