Indonesia?s largest Islamic bank ? is expanding globally and we are looking for a Head of Human Capital to join our Overseas Branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). What You?ll Do:* Lead and manage the full employee journey: recruitment, development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations* Drive performance management and create strategies to boost motivation and productivity* Ensure compliance with SAMA and internal HR policies* Oversee HR administration, HRIS, and support Corporate Secretary matters* Build strategic partnerships with external institutions (recruitment agencies, universities, training providers)* Act as the key bridge between the KSA branch and Head OfficeSkills* Bachelor?s degree (minimum)* 6+ years of HR experience (banking/related industry preferred)* Saudi Arabian nationality* Strong expertise in Human Capital Management, L&D, risk & compliance* Solid understanding of banking business processes* Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
