JOB SUMMARYThe Grease Production Manager oversees all daily operations of grease production from manufacturing and filling of greases to ensure a safe environment for the workers due to the high risk involved in the grease production process. This role is accountable in meeting market demands on time, optimization of all processes, continuously improving production yield and reducing production cycle time without compromising quality and consistency of output.To develop, implement, and maintain Sustainability initiatives in coordination with the Quality Assurance and Operations Excellence Department, to work with the Technical Services Department for the development of new grease formulations and to develop a corresponding production process for the Automated Batch Blending (ABB) System. The role also requires working closely with managers, specialists, chemists and supervisors in raw materials, maintenance, planning, safety, and technical services to continuously improve reliability and efficiency of the grease production
