Plans, creates, and produces marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives. Produces informational material for the sales force and for communications media.What youll do* Develops and/or facilitates the development and creation of the promotional plan and programs and ensure their consistency with the brand strategy* Develops and manages the promotion /communication budget and project timelines* Collaborates with brand team to make a convincing case for appropriate budget and expectations for marketing opportunities* Maintains awareness of competitive activity in consumer marketing* Manages overall relationships with advertising agencies and other vendors* Responsible for the implementation of promotional/communication strategies, plans and programs in support of brand strategies and objectives* Provides input into Communication Planning and Operational PlanningEssential for the role* Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g., business or science).* Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical.* 1 to 2 years of experience in Management either in commercial and/or non-commercial function.* Ability to develop and implement annual brand plans and various projects.* Cross-functional cooperation.* Project Management experience.* Ability to analyze data to formulate business plans* Strong organizational skills with a quality focus on Analysis & Planning.* Proven inspirational leadership when working with stakeholders on guidance, alignment & commitment. The even greater role, as I learn this particular aspect from each physician, is to determine how our portfolio of products best serves them to help meet their needs and goals. This isnt always easy, and the challenge is great but so is the need for individuals like myself to be out there in the field helping partner and determine the best fit for our products and the best space.
