Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Further Processing Plant Manager to lead our poultry processing facility. As the Further Processing Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facilitys further processing operations, ensuring the production of high-quality further poultry products, and managing a team of dedicated professionals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Production Oversight:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all further processing activities to meet production goals and ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to maintain high efficiency and quality standards.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance further processing operations.
Quality Control:
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to maintain product consistency and safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and food safety standards.
Team Management:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Budget and Cost Control:
  • Develop and manage the departments budget, controlling costs while optimizing production efficiency.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve overall performance.
Communication and Reporting:
  • Maintain open and effective communication with other departments and senior management.
  • Provide regular reports on production, quality, and safety metrics.
