Job Description

Front Desk CoordinatorJob Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia:•Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner•Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments•Provide administrative support to various teams, including scheduling appointments and meetings•Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance for office equipment•Maintain the database and update client records with precision•Assist with travel arrangements and reservations when necessary•Ensure the office is organized and presentable at all times•Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages•Provide general support to the management team as neededWhat We’re Looking For:•Friendly, upbeat, and dependable personality with a passion for customer service•Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills•Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer programs (e.g., MS Office Suite)•Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles is preferred•Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision•Strong verbal and written communication skills•Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPerks & Benefits:•Supportive and collaborative team environment•Opportunities for growth and career development•Salary of 1500 SAR with an incentive program based on performance•Health insurance as per company policy•Paid leave and public holidays•Professional development opportunities
