Job Description

The main duties of Freight Co-ordinator include reviewing shipment documents before moving, collaborating with supplier?s, shipping lines, and broker?s to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment status and productivity processes.

  • Coordinate and track freight operations through effective communication with suppliers, and clearing agents.
  • Keep organized logs and records of import shipments
  • Registeration of product certificates.
  • Track shipments (including costs and timelines) according to business requirments.
  • To follow on original documents before ETA for timly submission.
  • Prepare detailed, accurate reports for Freight dept.
  • Analyze logistics-related data, and suggest improvements for efficiency
  • Know, follow, and enforce all standards, regulations, and customs/SASO policies.
