Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our transportation company. As an FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary, for management review.
  • Lead the budget and forecast preparation process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies and prepare commercial bids to support business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate the finalization of audited financials, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the monthly closing review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, monitor cash positions, and implement effective cash management strategies.
  • Prepare detailed multi-year financial models, considering various scenarios and business drivers.
