Operate forklifts, clamp lifts, and other powered industrial trucks in a safe and responsible manner, following all applicable regulations and company policies.
Load, unload, and transport materials, products, and equipment using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on assigned material handling equipment to ensure proper working condition.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to equipment usage, maintenance, and operator certifications.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts, stock rotation, and organization of storage areas.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to coordinate material movement and ensure efficient workflow.
Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on safety regulations, equipment operation, and industry best practices.
