Responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products to meet company standards of safety, productivity, and quality. This includes the operation of basic forklifts in the handling of products. Must be available to work scheduled hours to meet customer needs.
To physically transfer, load/unload the finished goods received from the production for dispatching to the Warehouse in Jeddah, Dammam and Riyadh.Key tasks
Plan and execute the physical dispatch of finished goods to Warehouses, prioritizing as per the urgent customer orders and sales/warehouse requests, in coordination with the Asst. Logisitics and Planning Manager.
Physically receive the finished goods from the production as per the PTR report (Product Transfer Receipt Report) by counting each item and verify with the PTR report regarding the number of cans in each pallet, the batch number and the total quantity.? Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to the Foreman.
Physically transfer the pallets from the production yard area to the loading yard area, as per the priorities and urgencies, and load the pallets in the trailer for dispatching to the main warehouse.?
Record the finished goods in the FGSR (Finished Goods Shipment Record) for those items which are loaded in the trailer for dispatching to warehouse and send the FGSR (original) along with the trailer to the Khaldia warehouse.? Forward the FGSR copy to the logistics.
Locate the rework paints as per the transfer records and with pallet labels as ?for rework? received from Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh in the 05 Rework warehouse bins and give the transfer records, mentioning the bin locations to the laboratory/logistics for checking and transferring in the system.
Coordinate with logistics for collecting the printouts of pallet packing slips (pallet labels) and locate the finished goods as per the pallet labels, mentioning the region code, the quality/shade, the batch number, the number of cans & size (the packing), the number of pallets for the same SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and the date (the date of loading) and physically transfer each pallet for plastic shrink wrapping.
Physically transfer the palletized and labeled finished goods pallets to the identified area for each region Jeddah, Riyadh, Bahrain and Kuwait and load the pallets as per the schedule given by the logistics.
Plastic shrink wrap the finished goods as per the pallet packing slips, taking care to check the region code, the quality/shade, the batch number, the serial number of the trailer (the loading sequence), the number of cans & size (the packing), the number of pallets for the same SKU? and the date (date of loading) and attach the printed pallet label (one copy for each label) on both sides of the pallet, prioritizing as per the urgent customer orders and sales/warehouse requests, in coordination with the Asst. Logisitics and Planning Manager.
Physically transfer all 200 liter vol. finished goods, particularly 137SA and 104SA, received from the production, to the 01warehouse (old warehouse) and load the pallets for transporting to the customers (for sale), when on receiving the transfer requests from the Khaldia warehouse.
Locate the empty pallets received from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam warehouses and stack properly in the identified area.? Also load the empty pallets (pallets from Raw Materials Department-RM consumed) to Jeddah and Riyadh in coordination with the Asst. Logisitics and Planning Manager.
Support? the operations by good housekeeping and be an active member of the fire fighting team.
Shall maintain all company property in lean and serviceable conditions.
