Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced FM Services Project Director to oversee our international airport project. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering degree and at least 20 years of experience in FM and O&M, with a focus on international airports. They should have the ability to manage a large team of over 500 staff and specialized subcontractors, as well as experience in dealing with CAFM systems. The FM Services Project Director will be responsible for the overall delivery of services to the specified standards and will be based at the airport.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the FM services at the international airport on a full-time basis.
  2. Ensure the delivery of services to the specified standards and in accordance with the contract.
  3. Manage a large team of over 500 staff and specialized subcontractors.
  4. Act as a liaison with the Contracting Authority on all contractual matters.
  5. Inspect areas covered within the scope of services to ensure compliance with standards and quality assurance plans.
  6. Represent and act on behalf of the Service Provider in matters pertaining to the services.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service provider and subcontractors.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FM services.
  9. Ensure compliance with airport airside procedures, aerodrome standards, and relevant regulations.
  10. Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management and the Contracting Authority.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelor of Engineering degree or related field.
  2. +20 years of experience, with at least 7 years in FM/O&M of international airports.
  3. Proven track record in managing large teams and subcontractors.
  4. Experience in dealing with CAFM systems.
  5. Extensive knowledge and experience in areas related to FM services and coordinating multiple services.
  6. Familiarity with airport airside procedures, aerodrome standards, and relevant regulations.
  7. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  9. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
