Job Description

The Fleet Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the companys fleet operations. This includes overseeing the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing fuel consumption and costs, and optimizing fleet utilization.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel management, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet data to ensure efficient vehicle allocation and utilization.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with internal and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to fleet operations.
  • Manage the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on fleet performance and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their fleet-related needs and requirements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
