Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Fixed Assets Schedules in accordance with IFRS and local KSA regulations.
Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of Fixed Assets reporting and the month-end close process.
Manage and monitor Fixed Assets Tagging, conduct regular counts, and ensure accurate Fixed Assets with the Fixed Assets Register.
Making Assets of the company are Adequately Insured by Sharing Asset list with the Insurance Company.
Insurance: Recording Insurance premium and Claims.
Reconciliations: Preparing Insurance reconciliation on monthly basis and provide the insurance department with the outstanding amounts.
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with local tax laws (VAT, Zakat, etc.) and internal policies.
Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation.
ERP & Systems Management: Support the optimization of ERP systems (SAP) for financial reporting of
Fixed Assets.
Ensure data integrity across all finance and accounting functions.
