?ÿCylinders loading & offloading including churning cylinders between filling unit and pallets.?ÿCylinder pre & post filling inspection (visual inspection, fixing sticker, tags, shrinking valve sealÿ& capping).?ÿCylinder filling as per procedure (churning cylinders, connecting to manifold, valve opening/closing, checking temperature, maintaining quantity of productÿfilledÿby on pressure gauge/weighing balanceÿreading).?ÿHigh purity, carrier & research grade cylinders filling.?ÿFreon cylinders/drum refilling.?ÿCylinder details and pre/post cylinder check details entering to filling sheet.?ÿDaily production report to production supervisor.?ÿCylinder details entering to full cylinder tags & failed tags onÿrejected cylinders.ÿ?ÿDaily check & inspect weighing balance/filling/vacuumÿpumpsÿoil, leaks, pipes, connections, adaptors, valves and gauges if needed change /repair/calibrate thru filling operator and support maintenance team.?ÿFollow up all SHEQ and PPE requirements without fail.?ÿResponsible for overall housekeeping in production premises and environment.?ÿWork all shifts, extra hours & any other jobs assigned by direct plant/filling operator.ÿ
