Job descriptionTo assist the field operator in carrying out routine process plant field operating duties and monitoring theunits in accordance with fixed routines, standard procedures and shift to shift instructions given by the DCSOperator and the Shift Supervisor.? Ensure proper unit hand-over during shift change.? Ensure and conduct unit routine activities as per check list and reading sheet filled as per schedule.? Ensure work permits issued correctly - Thoroughly fill all applicable fields and sign in the field.? Ensure equipment are properly isolated, drained, vented, and tagged as per standard procedures.? Ensure to respond to unit emergencies as per standard procedures.? Ensure and follow up safe unit shut down and start up as per procedures.? Ensure and supervise all work progress at site and updated in log book.? Ensure and manage proper isolation to critical equipment and update LOTO record sheet.? Ensure and maintain adequate housekeeping around area report any abnormal to immediatesupervisor.? Ensure and notify DCS operator to rise maintenance notification, follow up the status.? Ensure and review unit and equipment PSSR prior to start up.
