The nature of the work requires daily and constant presence on-site under various working conditions, monitoring workers and subcontractors step by step, while standing on the concrete pouring, reviewing the finishing and carpentry, and accepting all field stages.We are looking for a 'Field Engineer' who has a passion for on-site work, capable of enforcing compliance and quality, resolving technical issues at the work site as they arise, and tracking progress to ensure project delivery according to the specified plans and with the highest quality without errors or defects.SkillsContinuous Field Supervision: Constant presence on-site to monitor daily work progress and ensure compliance.Review of Plans: Reviewing architectural and construction plans and ensuring their implementation on-site with precision and without deviations.Management and Monitoring of Subcontractors: Direct supervision of subcontractors and workers, and monitoring their performance according to the specified schedule.Quality Control and Error Detection: Proactive inspection of works (finishing, carpentry, pouring, etc.) and detecting and correcting errors before their occurrence or acceptance.Quantity Accounting: Inventory and preparation of required material quantities for the project (steel, concrete, construction materials...) and reviewing the outputs of subcontractors to prevent wastage.Coordination and Reporting: Submitting periodic reports to management about work progress and field challenges and proposing technical solutions for them.
