Manages the technical team at Wave One projects all locations
Manages the helpdesk team and ensure all helpdesk reports are accurate and are produced on time
Ensures contract?s KPIs are met
Responds in timely manner to emergencies
Communicates efficiently with the client and subcontractors and keeps records for all communications
Prepares and manages SOPs (O&M, helpdesk, assets capturing, reporting, etc.)
Prepares weekly and monthly reports and other operational reports and presentations as requested
Manages hard services and soft services subcontractors
Participates in contracts review and preparation
Prepares PPM plans
Prepares maintenance checklists
Responsible for meeting the operations budget
Coordinates and follows up with procurement department to ensure materials/services are delivered on time
Coordinates with the client to finalize monthly performance evaluations
Coordinates with the finance department to make sure invoices are submitted on time to the client
Provides monthly financial reports showing subcontractors deductions and claimable amounts
Coordinates with the QHSE team to ensure health and safety measures are always implemented
Introduces innovative solutions to perform the services
Manages the client and ensures client expectations are met
Visits all sites regularly and follows up on team?s requirements
Performs other technical and operational tasks as assigned by the director of operations
- Other information (KPIs)? Complete monthly PPM activities as per PPM plan? Ensure reactive maintenance tasks are attended and closed as per contract KPIs? Ensure monthly evaluation is completed on time? Submit evaluation, deduction, carryforward and claimable amounts to finance department on time? Ensure subcontractors are meeting contractual KPIsProvide proper feedback and support to the director of operations- Qualifications? Electrical engineering degree? MS office (Word, Excel, power point, MS project)? AutoCAD / Excellent communication and people management skills.- Experience (Yrs.)
