úÿÿÿÿÿÿDemonstrate understanding of the safety significance in the operation and maintenance of the stations and systems in a railway environment and always considering safety as the highest priority.úÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinating the review of the O&M Contractors? submissions on FM and including asset and maintenance plans, procedures and instructions.úÿÿÿÿÿÿSupport the coordination of the O&M Contractors with the Design & Build (D&B) Contractors with respect to FM and BuildingsúÿÿÿÿÿÿOversee and report on FM and Buildings maintenance delivery activities by O&M contractors; verify that it is being carried out safely and to the Employer?s satisfaction.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAdvise on the Asset Management and Maintenance Strategy relating to FM scopeúÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor, audit and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to FM scopeúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage and participate in site inspections across a vast geographical area.Perform other duties as directed, in support of the Asset & Maintenance Team and the project.
