Job Description

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable; answer customer queries, inform customers of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
  • Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Use and develop the sales database of the company.
  • Record orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Prepare sales proposals; maintain the records and response document folders.
  • Communicate with other departments and all concerned parties to ensure fulfillment of client requirements as per the agreement.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
