Job Description

Executive AssistantGCC Executive AssistantLocation: Jeddah Office, Saudi ArabiaAbout the Role:To provide general office administration and executive secretarial support to the GCC Leadership Team.What will you be doing?

  • Offer Calendar support by managing calendar diaries for the GCC Leadership Team.
  • Drive cultural engagement initiatives within management.
  • Serve as an employee engagement advocate, by driving employee initiatives.
  • Manage work activity and workflow administration within Jeddah office.
  • Act at all times courteously, politely with care as primary interface between the company and external consumers / customers / suppliers and service providers.
  • Perform administrative functions including but not exclusively clerical work, data capture, travel arrangements.
  • At all times operate effectively in the position and be conversant with the organization structure, services provided by each function and its personnel.
  • At all times be conversant with safety, security and crisis management practices and procedures and ensure proper oversight and compliance thereof within area of responsibility.
  • Actively participate and assist with any projects, tasks and or administrative assignments given by line management from time to time. Ensure ad-hoc requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with parties involved on timelines, feedback and problems experienced.
  • Make the best use of available technology to improve the flow and availability of information to all parties concerned.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 3 years sound reception / administrative experience in a medium to large-size organization.
  • High level of proficiency on MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years? experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Above average communication skills both written and spoken at all levels, in both Arabic and English.
  • Above average inter-personal skills.
  • Good Planning and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Clerical aptitude.
  • A team player.
