Job Description

The Estimation Engineer plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry, particularly in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position involves analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. The Estimation Engineer collaborates with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information and provide accurate estimates that reflect the scope of work. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
  2. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

  4. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and supplier options.
  5. Review and assess subcontractor bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  6. Prepare and present estimation reports to stakeholders for review.

  8. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.
  9. Participate in project meetings to discuss estimation processes and updates.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the estimation process.
