Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company EHS standards.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions.Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees.Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to enhance safety performance.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government authorities on EHS matters.Maintain EHS records, permits, and documentation.SkillsBachelor?s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.Minimum 3?5 years of EHS experience, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial projects.Knowledge of local EHS regulations and international standards.Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
