Job Description

Job Details Job Purpose & Scope:Lead the relation between JCI, employees & third party companyDevelop the process internally for how we deal with third party company for manpower suppliersKey Accountabilities:

  • Be the point of contact for all the requirement from the employees and the third party company and support them until the case is closed
  • Collect the timesheet from the department and update it in the third party company system for payroll
  • Process the invoices and work closely with account to have track on the payment
  • Make sure the internal data in JCI system is updated for third party
  • Own the contractual agreement process between JCI & third party company in collaboration with Legal, Supply Chain and business
  • Plan and support TA with new requirement of visas through third party
  • Track end of contract for each employee under third party and make sure if still there is a need to renew his contract for him or to transfer the sponsorship
  • Track residency permits renewals
  • Track Third party issues, make sure it is resolved on a timely manner
  • Report on Third-party performance and evaluate their services
  • Track Third part contract renewals process
  • Give business notification on third party contract before the contractual notice period, in case the contract needs to be ended
  • Give business notification on third party employee?s contracts before the contractual notice period, in case a contract needed to be ended.
  • Listen to third- party issues and make sure support is provided to solve their issues.
  • Ensure that we get and leverage on Third-party labor care staff
  • Send status update reports
  • Report on KPIs ( Grievance resolution cycle time, invoices and payroll accuracy, residency renewals cycle, engagement levels, ?etc)
