Job Description

  1. Leads Electrical maintenance activity in the production lines performance to achieve to achieve OPE & OEE targets.
  2. Responsible to systemize/archive QA, Safety, Food Safety (Electrical Maintenance Part).
  3. Leads Electrical department SOPs /maintenance Instructions WIS development, renewal and qualification.
  4. Leads the RCA & Tracks Electrical breakdowns in order to decrease the number of breakdowns.
  5. Recommends workable ideas on how to streamline the various operations on the fine and improve productivity and process.
  6. Develops skill Matrix Status/Capability for the maintenance team.
  7. Managing/controlling Electrical maintenance costs via appropriate systems.
  8. Seeking feedbacks from the operational team leader for the job compliance in each shift couching with shift technician.
  9. Leads Shifts and ?on-call? work may be required, particularly where production operation equipment is in continual 24-hours.
  10. Leading 5s system in all maintenance areas and provided the support for production operation lines.
  11. Support the AM team to build the system & AM qualification & operation capability and processes via OPLs & KAIZEN.
  12. Apply PDM (vibration , alignment , thermal ) tools used effectively to predict the upcoming issues.
  13. Monitors maintenance team deployment far MPSA and priorities/urgent topics.
  14. Establishes/Control yearly maintenance budgets & insure the stock of electrical critical spare parts.
  15. Support/Coach his team build the capability to achieve the maintenance overall targets.
  16. Leads his team for day to day activities & troubleshooting to ensure increasing machine reliability.
  17. Establish/defining/ Monitoring Electrical maintenance process KPIs.
  18. Leads Electrical Maintenance Team to follow safety guidelines and ensures that they are adhering to the SMFF safety & quality.
