The Electrical Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and specifications for electrical systems. This includes creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date drawings and diagrams using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that all drawings comply with relevant codes and standards.Prepare detailed electrical drawings and schematics, including single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and wiring diagrams.Utilize CAD software to create accurate and professional drawings.Ensure drawings comply with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather information and incorporate design changes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date drawing files and records.Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in electrical design and drafting.
