Job Description

Summery:Management of the eCommerce business within market name. Driving profitable & sustainable growth. Delivering exceptional customer experiences online, driving strategy, digital shelf performance & key account relationships.Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales targets.
  • Deliver digital shelf performance.
  • Drive profitable growth.
  • Communication with BU (MBR/QBR).
  • Negotiate JBP with key partners & deliver.
  • Activation planning & execution with excellence.
  • Drive eComm strategy.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of eCommerce industry.
  • Ensure the tracking TMI/CMI investments to monitor ROAS.
  • Deliver shopper insight that will enable markets to understand & drive business.
  • Management of eComm media buying & reporting.
  • Develop & nurture customer relationships.
  • Secure & implement customer investment plans.
  • Increase sales guided by the eCommerce strategy & WOW.
  • Conduct competitive analysis with partners.
  • Identify & engage with new eCommerce partners.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of IFFCO orders to eCommerce partners.
  • Minimize OOS.
  • Support markets to maintain profitability.
  • Ability to work within the different eComm partner business models.
  • Live the eComm WOW.
